DAVID MOSER

Beginning in the early 1990’s, his practice evolved to one emphasizing natural resources matters, especially Endangered Species Act and wetlands compliance and project permitting, including the development of Habitat Conservation Plans.

David was appointed by the President of the American Bar Association to serve on the ABA’s 12-member Standing Committee on Environmental Law.  He recently concluded his service as Chair of the Advisory Board for the U.C. Berkeley College of Natural Resources.  Each year from 2004 to the present, David has been named by Law & Politics, Inc. as a “Super Lawyer”, an honor bestowed on the top 5% of attorneys in Northern California following a nomination, peer voting, internal research and blue ribbon review process.  The results were published by San Francisco magazine.  He is also listed in Who’s Who Legal (2013 London) as one of the top environmental attorneys internationally.  He is a frequent speaker on environmental and natural resource law topics, and has authored numerous articles in the field.
