• We recently completed an HCP for a wind-energy facility in Hawaii, and have also worked on wind projects in California and Indiana.

• We advise several utilities in Hawaii on endangered species issues, and successfully developed and obtained federal approval of an HCP that covers impacts to listed seabird species.  ​
